OK. This is a palmar lichen nitidus.
. M=F.
. more common in children and young adults.
. Shiny 1mm skin-colored papules - arms, trunk, abdomen, and genitals.
. Rarely presents in generalized, purpuric, nail, palmoplantar, mucosal, and perforating forms.

Yes, HHD. Caused by a pathogenic mutation of ATP2C1 gene, which encodes secretory pathway Ca2+/Mn2+‐ATPase (SPCA1). Skin folds are the predilection site of HHD.
