There's no secret formula. No quick fix.
So what's the path?
It's all about mastering the fundamentals—executing them well, consistently, over time.
Here are 12 key principles to focus on:
1. Give your team more than just a paycheck—offer a reason to build their career with you.
2. Define a clear Purpose (why you exist) and Values that guide every action toward it.
3. Ensure success is clearly defined across all roles.
4. Build processes that improve KPIs steadily.
5. Coach on those processes regularly and with consistency.
6. Set company-wide goals and break them down into measurable goals for teams and individuals.
7. Foster accountability with regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews.
8. Frequently and publicly recognize outstanding work.
9. Bring essential functions and key skills in-house.
10. Outsource the rest. Preferably offshore if possible.
11. Know your business model and stick to it.
12. Resist the urge to chase shiny distractions or say "yes" to things outside your model.
To grow your business, focus on the basics and execute them consistently.
These are all things I have done personally over the years that have worked.
The growth will follow. #BusinessGrowth #Entrepreneurship #Leadership
