Trying to change flight date since a week @kiwicom247 claims to offer free flight exchanges as long as within price but suspicious system errors & nonjustified rebuttals are forcing me to buy new ticket. I've got proof of flights available. Can @UK_CAA do smth about this fraud?

@fleurdelis30 @kiwicom247 Absolutely. I try not to fly and prefer trains. I was forced to fly due to lack of alternative infrastructure and work requirements. Generally low cost are poor but @kiwicom247 are my worst experience in 30 years. Incompetent and dodgy mafia, never again. @UK_CAA do something!

I've had the worst customer service from @kiwicom247. They claim to offer free exchanges but they actually play dumb and pretend that no flights are available during the process. I was forced to purchase another flight (I did with kiwi to prove point!) Never ever again @UK_CAA
