Design is the rendering of intent.
What we intentionally design can delight someone. It can also frustrate them.
We can change our rendering, with the intention to create more delight & less frustration.
When we do that, we’re designing the user’s experience.
“Remember: when people tell you something's wrong or doesn't work for them, they are almost always right. When they tell you exactly what they think is wrong and how to fix it, they are almost always wrong.”
— Neil Gaiman (@neilhimself)
Here you have it: Trump tested positive for COVID on the 26th then held this event with Gold Star families on the 27th with NO MASKS. He later blamed them for giving it to him and he already knew he was positive standing there with kids and elderly family members of the fallen.
We have another giveaway to celebrate #Skyrim10!

@ryanarsenault As I understand it 'growth hacking' is firmly routed in community relations. It's always focused on getting the community super active and producing content and helping each other and spreading.
