It seems clear to me that China wants to copy the US and encourage Chinese households to anticipate good asset returns and appreciation from the stock and bond markets instead of only the property market that everyone’s historically used to. In other words, China wants to broaden the avenues of wealth effects, which @Citrini7 has argued to me as well.

To interpret the meaning and implications of these substantive measures, I encourage everyone to revisit the Bloomberg interview of @DavidDaokuiLi by @DavidInglesTV and @RChoongWilkins.

I would say there is a shared burden here. Ofc Bybit is always responsible. But you should be able to rely on frontends. You can't ask people to startup a terminal session and verify every detail.

This is a bad look on both of them and shows immaturity of tech.
