@Optus please advise further on outage Bray Park 4500 area. Can't get through by website or phone. Need to hotspot off Telstra phone as no Optus broadband for best part of a week now.
Surely you can do better and won't be charging for a service that isn't being received....

@optus Have a current case, ongoing for weeks with no resolution. Several "disconnected" calls, being handballed between departments, unreturned calls and messages, and a general lack of interest.

Long time customer, but your customer service and responsiveness is a disgrace.
