So proud to be part of the Thamarat team that provides social protection cash transfers to support Sudan's population while the country works through a necessary, difficult economic transition.
This AM, I visited a registration center for Thamarat—the Sudan Family Support Program.
It’s encouraging that cash has been transferred to over 1 million Sudanese families. I welcomed the chance to meet beneficiaries of the program, which we are working to rapidly expand.
