Take a look on how phase-sensitive second-harmonic generation in combination with density functional theory was used to gain insights on one of the fundamental properties of electrochemical interfaces: the potential of zero charge.

So far, my research has been centered on a three-letter word: DFT. But great scientists at @CornellMSE, @jsuntivich and @pengtao_xu, showed me the power of other three letters: SHG.
And we applied these methods to measure and predict another three-letter word: PZC.

@adrihb_ and I are looking forward to seeing you in the wonderful GRC site of Lucca (Barga) the next 11th February!
Arrived in Phoenix for #AIChE2022..great jet lag vibes reminding me of my Wisconsin years. Since sleeping is out of question: any ChemEng adventuring for a run? Any @UWMadCBE fellow around😌?
A long travel ahead to attend #AIChE2022. Here is a schedule of my talks focused on my work at @UWMadCBE and @DTU_CatTheory!
Stop by the Faculty Candidate session if you want to hear about my previous work...Remain for discussions later if you want to hear my future vision!
If qualified, please consider applying for the GRC Carl Storm Underrepresented Minority Fellowship Program, providing a grant to underrepresented minority graduate students, postdocs, faculty and scientists to fund their first attendance.

The @GordonConf on Chemical Reaction at Surfaces and the associated Gordon Research Seminar are taking place in the amazing site of Lucca (Barga, Italy) on Feb. 11-17 2023.
@adrihb_ and I are chairing this year GRS and we invite applications from early stage researchers! 👇
About one month to #AIChE2022 in Phoenix. Not a bad time to spread the word that I am on the Faculty job market. If you want to know more about research in the Mavrikakis Group at @UWMadCBE and Nørskov Group at @DTU_CatTheory, I have three talks for you: 1/5...
...And finally my "Meet the Candidates" oral contribution where I will talk about my activity at @CabesEfrc, the concept of non-stoichiometric overalyers, and project CAMELLIA, funded by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship: 4/5
