Constitutional Correspondence (dated 18 November 2025)

Today, Ethical Approach UK, jointly with Mark Sexton (@XPCBirmingham), has placed into the public domain the full Constitutional Correspondence dated 18 November 2025, issued to:

• the Lady Chief Justice
• the Secretary of State for Justice
• the Attorney General
• the Chair of PACAC
• the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police

The correspondence raised matters of constitutional, criminal and national-security significance and requested written responses within 7 days.

No replies were received from any addressee.

Accordingly and in the public interest, the document is now formally released for open scrutiny.

This release is made transparently and consistently with the constitutional principles and rule-of-law obligations engaged by the correspondence itself.

The public is entitled to see what was raised, who was notified and the gravity of what is now on the public record.

Ethical Approach UK will continue to act with integrity, transparency and constitutional discipline as further evidence is published.

In that regard, on Monday 1 December, Mark Sexton will release a further video, introducing the simultaneous publication of an evidence pack supporting the 18 November correspondence.

Londons a hell hole & unsafe after dark. I hate it.

Our soldiers are getting stabbed.

Our police are pussies & the ones that aint get fired.

& that aint even getting started on illegal immigration, thats getting worse.

If my country ever needed me to actually fight id be there, 100%, but i ain’t gambling the lifes of my three daughters in the mean time, & even if they did survive growing up here for what? To live in a shit hole full of fucking wierdo’s. No thanks.

Where would i go? Somewhere with a backbone, a bit of sun & with less risk of your kids getting murderd, like Australia, Russia or fucking North Korea.

I whole heartedly encourage anyone with young kids that have the ability to leave to do so. Todays events in Southport have rocked me to the core, im sat here looking at my daughters feeling sad.

You can still work on trying to get your voice heard while your kids are safe.

I want my kids to live not survive.
