@SouthernRailUK Thank you for your help Scottie. May I say that the staff at Victoria are non existent and bloody awful. It isn’t difficult to say a train is delayed and give alternative options . Not your fault, but someone needs to address it and not bury their heads in the sand/ run away.
@SouthernRailUK absolute awful service at Victoria tonight. Was on the 22.46 to Bognor. No announcements on train or platform. Train didn’t depart. Another train that left south departed but no one knew. Then told no trains to Brighton. On another train?? What is going on? Awful
@SouthernRailUK I’m on platform 18. We think it is the 22.25 train to Brighton but we don’t know. No one at Victoria station has a clue and the have all run away.
@TLRailUK Hi again, we are now at three bridges waiting having changed trains. Platform 5. we don’t know where this stops or when it will depart. Communication is non existent tbh. Can you help / advise? I need to get to Hassocks. Would make sense if it is a stopper to get people back..

@British_Airways BA why is your CS so bad? Flight cancelled by BA - no reason given and not being rebooked for 13 hours - incurred costs but I can’t claim through BA. Really had enough - frequent flyer about to give up on BA! Need to follow up with someone?
@IKEAUK hi. Just received delivery of a damaged wardrobe, there is no CS number online to get a replacement parts - only return the whole wardrobe - nightmare packaging. Is the a number / someone I can speak to instead of a chatbot please? Thx
@TLRailUK just had an email from TL saying my delay repay can’t be processed by email? Even though delay repay doesn’t work on my key go account - tried all suggested solutions. I need to claim by post? No form link available and a cut/paste message from TL - is this for real?

@Electrolux_UK can you pls help? Made a manufacturer warranty claim to AEG but no one is responding. Have chased but told customer services tel line can only deal with tel problems and not emails. I’ve tried both to get a response. Can anyone help?
@sainsburys hi sainsburys. Been on hold for 40mins to CS. Spoke to a nice person to find out my delayed delivery is canx due to the snow. Completely understand, but why can’t I be called by CS to be told instead of waiting on hold? Surely someone could do that? Just an idea.
@WrenKitchens it has been 6 days an no response. Not good. Im messaging the escalation team about new damage to replacement items. A question for you - does Wren have any quality control measures? I’ve had a large number of defects in the first and replacement items. Very poor
@WrenKitchens can anyone help? I need an escalation/ complaints team contact number / email. Two missed replacement deliveries that have cost me money due to booked trades and more damage to an already extensive list. Shocking service and quality control. Need to escalate!
