@LizaJae We have other water conservation issues, but guaranteed water ownership isn't one so I find it a fascinating problem. I imagine it will take a lot of work and leadership on the issue to unravel. Nothing like a crisis to force people to work together.

@LizaJae It's an interesting system where water rights are enshrined in law and ownership deeds and conservation isn't necessarily a consideration. So these mega farms have succeeded in buying up water rights and able to say conservation isn't their problem. Almost opposite of Ontario.
