@mdancho84 Thanks Matt. How are these or other options compatible with MS Power Point? Always found them interesting but never got to a straightfwd way to include them.
So excited to share that our paper on the ever-elusive Langerhans cell is out now! Using a combo of in vivo models and RNAseq we have been able to identify some of the intrinsic and extrinsic signals that drive LC identity. Check it out! @BennettlabUCL
6 months in London at @kevlitchfield lab @uclcancer@ucl have been highly stimulating. Came with 1 project, left with 5 ๐ and learned loads in the process.
Now, happily back to @BSC_CNS@EAPM_BSC
Thanks @EACRnews for the fellowship!
Cheers to all 4th floorers!
See u soon ๐

To present our structural work on TCRpHLA preds. Despite low # of crystal data, structures are informative and protein modelling tools are getting closer.
Such a day of struct bio & immuninformatic talks๐๐ฝ

@RocFarriol@FrontImmunol It has been a pleasure working with @RocFarriol; their knowledge and passion for science have made it possible for this manuscript to contribute to the understanding of epitope predictions. In the next chapter, we look forward to sharing the application to the wet lab!!!
Go from an unmapped protein to a prioritized list of epitope regions.
Any target protein is at hand using Brewpitopes !
