Just now a technician called me and asked for money to change the remote. This happens every time! Very disappointing service. @Airtel_Presence please look into this — why do I have to pay for a faulty remote when it should be covered?

On the second complaint, the customer care team kept saying the remote is under warranty, but yesterday I got a call from Airtel’s own team saying I now have to pay ₹350 for a new remote!
