Today, we’re pleased to announce long-term partnerships with ANH Structure, a specialist in advanced aircraft seating systems, and Northrop Grumman, a leader in the development and manufacture of navigation and sensor systems.

Together, these partnerships will advance the development of Valo, strengthen our supply chain and support our strategy to deliver one versatile platform across multiple cabin configurations. Both companies join Vertical's existing supplier ecosystem which includes Honeywell Aerospace, Sonaca, Evolito Ltd, HYUNDAI WIA, Syensqo, Isoclima Group and Astronics Corporation.

Today we're announcing financing commitments of approximately $100 million to support the next phase of Vertical's journey towards certification and commercialisation.

The announcement follows a period of significant momentum for the business. Over the past six months we've become only the second company globally to complete a piloted transition flight in a full-scale tilt-rotor eVTOL, showcased our aircraft through historic public demonstrations at the Farnborough International Airshow and strengthened our industrial and technology partnerships. 

The additional capital is intended to support key programme milestones, including Critical Design Review, which enables the build and test of certification-conforming aircraft, manufacturing readiness and hybrid-electric development.
