@askUHC what’s your definition of peer when referring to a peer review by doctors. You’re definitely not using doctors that are equivalent to those calling in so curious what your definition is. Do they get bonuses based on rejections? How do these “peer” reviews work?

@fool_patient @UHC You’re lucky it’s just a crown they aren’t covering. My husbands life saving medication isn’t covered even after his doctor did a peer to “peer” review (the “peer” from @UHC wasn’t a specialist and has no knowledge of how the drug works but won’t approve it.

@Target is awful! placed an order for $150 1/21 to be delivered 9-10pm last night. got a message after a shopper assigned,they can’t do that time and they’d come today. told them 2-3. they’re on their way now (12:30) and I’m not home. delivery is to a dorm and can’t drop it off.

@UHC are there any ways you could suck more?? I pay $20k/year for ins when I want to USE insurance, I have to pay an additional $2k before you’ll start contributing. It is literally cheaper to pay out of pocket. $700 for blood work thru u but a 40% discount paying out of pocket

What happened to make health insurance so shitty? @UHC is one of the worst insurance companies you can have. I got a bill for a procedure that after insurance I have to pay $600. I called the hospital to find out how much without insurance and it would have been $390.

@ouraring IlBeen a customer for years. Trying to buy 3 new rings and getting the message that you can’t process my order. AI chat is terrible and keeps repeating the same thing when I try to get a human. Got a human and said it’s a tech issue and no eta to when it will be fixed!

@ouraring Any update on this? I haven’t heard from anyone and have a deadline to spend this money. I will get something elsewhere tomorrow if this can’t be resolved. I’m literally trying to give you $1,700 dollars.

@ouraring This was via chat. I don’t have a ticket number. The agent I spoke to said they were going to forward the issue to be investigated. They gave me some things to try and disconnected the chat before I got a chance to try everything (the suggestions didn’t work).

@MattMcCarthy985 we’re in the car listening to your show. Last summer I waited in line for 5 hours a Foo Fighters concert at Fenway. Had GA and got right up to the fence around the stage. I’d do it again too!

@Hyundai Just got the new Ioniq 5—love how it drives, but why doesn’t it keep the I-pedal setting? That’s a huge safety issue. It affects how the brakes work. The driving settings have quirks that make me wonder if Hyundai even tested this car before selling it.
