Our website archives are back online. Check out The CORE at http://t.co/fvx8yf6I94 for new content. http://t.co/FdDogiOuBF

[The ROCK SLO @rockofthecoast]

We're currently migrating our files to a new host, hence the 404 pages. We'll be back!

[The ROCK SLO @rockofthecoast]

@bluehostsupport Guys, I already have SiteLock protection and my files still wound up infected. I've been a loyal customer for 8+ years now.

[The ROCK SLO @rockofthecoast]

@bluehostsupport Yes, I know I'm responsible for my content and I know that I need to review my files, but charging me $199 for Site Doctor?

[The ROCK SLO @rockofthecoast]

@bluehostsupport I'm told that now all my files are infected with malicious code and your tech support refuses to help me.

[The ROCK SLO @rockofthecoast]

@bluehostsupport It would be great if you told your tech support to stop guaranteeing when your service will be back online.

[The ROCK SLO @rockofthecoast]

@bluehostsupport Now the control panel is hit with a 504 timeout. What can I do? How can I fix the site when you don't let me?

[The ROCK SLO @rockofthecoast]

@bluehostsupport It also doesn't help that I just found a new WordPress installation on my account that I never installed.

[The ROCK SLO @rockofthecoast]

@bluehostsupport The site has been deactivated for malicious files, which I now have to clean or remove. This will take hours.

[The ROCK SLO @rockofthecoast]

@bluehostsupport http://t.co/y32jk3EmsI. I know DDOS doesn't upload files, but the malicious code came right after.

[The ROCK SLO @rockofthecoast]

@bluehostsupport Your webhost is absolutely terrible. We're having to deal with malicious files after a DDOS which you did not disclose.
