@KLM @swillustration @KLM_UK Well that didn't work. They have now stopped replying on DM. It sounded like a simple request "can I reserve a seat in business class" but not for KLM. Their advice is book a seat at check-in. Still extremely disappointed with the service. They just don't seem to care

Very disappointed with KLM Business flight to Bangkok
Cancelled several times since booking in May. Last change 24th December. Now my wife she has no seat allocated. Been told the flight is now closed ( full) so nothing can be done. No help from KLM. Help please
