#Jailer2 - First Half Excites, Second Half Disappoints...

The first half has some entertaining moments, with a terrific interval block elevated by the signature Hukum music. However, the proceedings lack consistent excitement, with only a few blocks reminding us of the Tiger Muthuvel Pandian we loved in the first part.

Coming to the second half, neither the proceedings nor the action blocks work well. The cameos fail to make an impact, while the story lacks emotional weight and a clear purpose. The entire SJ Suryah and Vidya Balan track feels unexciting and doesn't quite fit in. At one point, the film feels like it could have ended with the first half itself, while the second half feels like an entirely different film.

On the technical front, the music and cinematography carry the film well.

While fans of Jailer and Superstar Rajinikanth may find moments to enjoy, others may find it pretty average.

Rating: 2.5/5
