As for whether an action in itself is kufr, it depends whether it is normally a sin (riba,fornication), or whether the act itself is kufr, like prostrating to an idol

This is false Sanaa airport was operational for civilian flights up to less than 1 year ago, and Mukalla and Socotra airports are also still operating
