Today is #FathersDay. And today, ICE is trying to permanently tear Oscar Bermudes away from his seven year-old son, Angel, his daughter, Liseth, his older son, Oscar Jr, and his wife, Maria.

ICE is trying to deport Oscar in the coming days.

Oscar’s daughter, Liseth, says “My dad has always been great to us—my mom Maria, my brother Oscar Jr., and my little brother Angel. It is heart wrecking whenever Angel asks for our dad and asks why he's not home.“

Oscar was detained 2 weeks ago after the vehicle he was a passenger in made a wrong turn following GPS instructions and they ended up at a CBP checkpoint in upstate New York. Now, ICE plans to deport Oscar immediately.
