Ive been getting really into stretching/yoga. Has done wonders for my back/hip pain. Highly recommend it. Ive gotten so into it that I take a break and stretch in the office. My coworkers came by my desk and saw me hitting this pose and now i dont get invited to happy hour

@NoLimitGains Idk man stocks are a pretty good vessel to protect from inflation. I think if your money is tied into ETFs and Mutual funds for the long run, they will keep up with inflation since you are just investing into companies who also deal and adjust for inflation
