@BestBuy Since yesterday I spoke with 10 agents plus the chat. Awful customer service. I was supposed to receive my dryer yesterday and nobody showed up. Now no one seems to know what going on. It was a system issue, not my fault! @BestBuy!

@BestBuy After checking the availability, I was able to schedule the dryer delivery for the same date and time of April 6, from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. ^Scott. And now they’re telling me it won’t be delivered until April 9th. It’s a nightmare!

@BestBuySupport Thank you for confirming the purchase information. Looking at the order, it looks like the delivery and installation appointments for the dryer have split into separate appointments. Currently, I can see that the installation service is scheduled for April 6, from 7:00 am to 1:00
