Trading discipline and health discipline are weirdly similar:
1. Track what matters.
2. Stop lying to yourself.
3. Do the boring stuff daily.

I find it really difficult to forgive myself for not sticking to my plans, so I act based on my strategies.
Even if I hold and we dump, it’s easier to accept because at least I know I followed through.
But if I didn’t stick to the plan and it doesn’t work out, I’ll always blame myself way more.
