Just spoken to your complaint helpline re recent clotges purchase thanks for using hermes shocking service fro m them and your answer in not so many words u dont care! Spoken to 2 staff in 2 days and different answers to my complaint but no call back!

Morrisons use hermes to deliver when my parcel went missi g and was found 3 days later after being in the rain hermes didnt apologise neitger did morrisons, they said go tp hermes to complain hermes said go to morrisons to complain. Neither want to know dont order clothes online

Morrisons or hermes dont care about your delivery and whether you get it or not i wont be ordering from them again as thre hermes mam delivered 3 parcels that week to my neighbour 2 doors away from me even thou my number is very clear on the house!
