@BritishGasHelp we have a 2013 boiler that has had British Gas Homecare since installation. Has been leaking for 2 weeks. When engineer came round today he wanted to charge £500 to fit today or £415 next week with no paperwork. This can’t be correct!! Phone lines cut off twice !!
