This study shows that MRI is not entirely sufficient to plan treatment in radiorecurrent disease. PSMA PET can pick recurrence even when nadir+2 definition is not met. PSMA pet and MRi seems to be the way forward. Focal salvage offers the most scalable option to treat such men.
