@sportsshoes_com In never had an order number, I had a note on the website saying error with payment, then when I looked at my account x4 lots had been taken. But it seems to have been put back in my account now.
@sportsshoes_com just emailed customer service to say I tried to buy some trainers, but no confirmation and x4 lots of £114.95 has been taken from my account. Please can you contact me to sort. Thanks
@SodaStreamUK my wife has email customer service over a week ago regards our broken SodaStream. She included a video to show what happens. Can someone please get back to us as we can’t use it.

@easyJet 6035 cancelled and refunded £48.43, thanks, but why not refund the return 6036 on Sunday, how am I meant to get that flight, I’m not in Madrid as I’m still in Bristol?
@easyJet I’m not looking for a refund of the difference on flights but more to wave the admin fee that I would incur. If this flight was available at the time I would have booked it as much better traveling with kids mid day than very late at night. Thoughts?
@easyJet Paid £762 for flights & now new flights come up on same day, which are better times with our 2 kids & for £639. But if we try to change flights now, not only do we not get difference back, but we’re actually expected to pay extra for the admin = total £180 extra. Really!
