@skdh It is in the friction of the surface and the slight stretchy quality of the band. Try for a surface with some rubber like qualities. Very soft rubber. And the stretchy nature is needed because you will NEVER stop the movement of the part you have chosen to mount it on. Comfort!

@lcripe That was 8 years ago. This is 2021. I am 78 and so are you. I discovered about 3 months ago I was prescribed medicine by a doctor for a condition I did not have. So the last 23+ years I have been hypomania. Ruined my life. 2 marriages, and 2 million dollars? 2 diff medications

@TEDTalks This is close but not close enough. We need to embrace openness to connection. But a little at a time. The resistance comes from admitting I am wrong. Most people reject the idea. As a scientist I say. I am willing to be wrong 100 times to be right 1. That is a different view.

Others too. I have a half model of this. I call it opposition to connection. Silly words. They do call it right
