मध्य प्रदेशातील इंदूरमध्ये सरकारी यंत्रणेचा धक्कादायक प्रकार समोर आला आहे. खजराना परिसरात उभारण्यात आलेले १०० खाटांचे सरकारी रुग्णालय गेल्या सहा वर्षांपासून केवळ सरकारी कागदपत्रांवरच अस्तित्वात आहे. प्रत्यक्षात रुग्णालयासाठी ना जमीन ताब्यात मिळाली, ना इमारतीचे बांधकाम सुरू झाले. मात्र आश्चर्याची बाब म्हणजे या अस्तित्वात नसलेल्या रुग्णालयासाठी डॉक्टर, परिचारिका, फार्मासिस्ट, लॅब टेक्निशियन आणि इतर कर्मचारी मिळून तब्बल ८७ पदे मंजूर करून त्यांची नियुक्तीही करण्यात आली आहे.
