@Ewan_Roxburgh@PressStartAU it looks like its only half a hold? it’s weird. currently shows on my statement as Pending but for $0.00. so no drama to worry about.
@PressStartAU Just want to thank Shannon and PressStartAu for being top shelf and doing all that Aus specific research for the PS5Pro preorders and 30th Anniversary gear. You got me over the line at PS5 launch and again today!

@Azeem_Majeed i caught the end of real slide presentations when a student. The crazy stuff that slide projectors did when they malfunctioned! They sometimes shot all the slide out onto the ground, or melted them if it overheated.
@MeyerRants i agree, sadly they already charge us big time for DLSS. Nvidia already has maximum market share so logically they aren’t subsidising that technology. it’s built into the prices that are already acknowledged as extortionate.
Are you an Analytical Biochemist with strong expertise in Mass Spec #Metabolomics?
If so, we want you for our team @UniMelb@MetabolomicsAus. We're providing visa sponsorship to attract talented overseas applicants.

@neely615 is this due to the FDR cutoff for peptide ID becoming stricter as you add more spectra? I think low abundance peptides would generally have the weakest sequence confidence. that low tail may have a lot of false positive IDs.
@UCDProteomics Thanks to Proteomics Rocks Blog I was able to track down Unipept, a great metaproteomics software I KNEW was good yet couldn’t remember the name, and googling ‘metaproteomics software’ had me stumped.
