Seat 11C belt became loose 10x times on @airvistara UK816 BLR-DEL. Does @DGCAIndia have regulation to require testing belts engineered for passenger safety? Felt uncomfortable, unsafe, particularly during landing @DelhiAirport when you have a belt you cannot trust. (1/2)

Cut Trees -> Toilet Bowl. Poor engineering, placement of paper towel reserve on top of toilet bowl in rear right lavatory aboard @airvistara UK816 BLR-DEL. You draw one TOWEL & four (4) paper towels fall into the bowl. Who engineered this? And, where are the designers? (1/2)

(2/3) What can be expected of aircraft safety engineering if such specialists are unable to even design a towel holder? Crew acknowledges that it works fine when holder is full & tissues are rammed to one side. I thought we had a moving plane!
