As per medical policy, passengers with measles are unfit to fly for 7 days. I submitted a valid medical certificate, even confirmed by customer care, yet my refund was denied as ‘insufficient.’ This is unfair and against stated policy. @AirIndiaX @makem

@AirIndiaX @makemytrip Air India's own medical policy says that you are unfit to fly for 7 days, if you have measles. Despite that the response seems like a copy paste of not really not acknowledging it's own medical policy while denying the refund request.

Never expect resolution from @NetMeds customer care. My order has been stuck and the response has been consistent from past 4 days saying "order is nearby"....delivery dikh nahi rahi

@Uber_India is trying to eat the market by keeping high surge pricing. Since, price is high autos/cars will prefer Uber. Due to more autos/car on Uber, people have to use uber.
Been noticing this alot lately. Good strategy but totally not customer oriented.

Not having a personal vehicle in Bangalore is just a torture. @Uber_India and auto charging INR 400 for a 4 km ride on Uber go at normal hours. Yeah.... beyond 9 autos charge 1.5 times. #BengaluruTrafficJam

@RamMNK Does the government has any intention of regulating the aviation industry for exorbitant pricing. The flight services are pathetic in terms of delays but prices never come. We even pay extr for seats, I mean are you serious?
