In the Supreme Court, the Govt tried to explain the perils of removing the security and making the information public citing Sidhu's mûrder where the security was reduced as well as advertised as some kind of feat. At last, the Govt agrees that the leak was a blunder.

Ayushi was MP @raghav_chadha's PA and still handles media communication for @BhagwantMann govt. Other 2 persons involved in the leak of security documents were given high media adviser positions in the Govt.
