@flyspicejet @AjaySingh_SG @flyspicejet have cancelled flight on my own, i also have return flight booked coincidently with Spicejet. Wud u like me to cancel that as well.
It was so easy initiating Refund with Dubai hotels and attractions (they understood) but response of Indian Spicejet seems irrational.

@flyspicejet @flyspicejet we expect prompt reply in such situations. If u take 3-4 days to revert an email, customer wud b left with no choice but to cancel and avail at least 5-10% amount back before due date. Hoping exceptional service i opted for Spice Max, how silly.

@flyspicejet MMT exec also said they received Cancellation permission frm Emirates, Qatar airway and are allowing Refund but no communication is received to MMT from spicejet. Tweet highlights SAFE return of passengers from dubai & custmr care says Pune-Dubai flight is operational, u can go.

Pathetic service at Taj Alibaug, particularly the restaurant.
Staff here has no clue on how to serve orders or respond to guests.

Common culinary habits are also missing. U seriously need to upgrade.
