1. Why money is not refunded in bank account?
2. Why should i pay again difference charges while rescheduling?
3. Why credit shell limited to same passenger on same route?

@PiyushGoyal Dear Sir, Greetings!!! Train 12649 for 21-12-2018 is cancelled and was notified today. I know refund will be provided. But now i find everywhere waiting list+ surge pricing, flight prices are skyrocketing. Please help us to reach from Bangalore to Delhi at that time.

@RailwaySeva Dear Sir, I know the refund policy. I don't need refund, please tell me how do i reach to delhi now? How ethical it is to tell customer just before 1 week ago about ticket cancellation? If it is urgent then please arrange tickets in another trains of the same time.

@IRCTCofficial Dear IRCTC, just got a message of train 12649 cancellation for 21Dec2018. I don't need refund but another ticket of same date from Bangalore to Delhi. I see waiting in every other train. "Inconvenience is regretted" is not going to take me from Bangalore to Delhi.

Dear @amazonIN , Can you please explain me how come the following is justified? Why should I not order from @amazon and ship it to India costing only INR 17150? The images are of 15-10-2018 when big festival discounts were going on @amazonIN. The difference is more than INR 5000.
