Poor experience at ITC Welcome, Prayagraj. My cocktail was so salty it was undrinkable. The staff tried repeatedly to fix it but failed, yet I was billed for it. My bill also wrongly includes 2 soda waters instead of 2 lime waters. Photos of the drink & bill attached. @ITCHotels

@IndiaMART most irritating help and support centre they disturb you about the services 24×7 irrespective of your problem statement they just say repeatedly what they are asked to speak to upgrade your package and don't act to the problem you face. Hence i discontinued, thanks🙏
