One major cause of congestion at the TIDEL Park signal!

Vehicles coming from SRP Tools either turn right towards Thiruvanmiyur or go straight towards Madhya Kailash.

Some right-turning vehicles occupy the left-side lanes and wait for their green signal. This blocks vehicles going straight, even when their signal is green.

In this video, an MTC bus intended to turn right (see the indicator), but positioned itself in the leftmost lane well before the junction.

The bus blocked the entire lane, bringing all straight-moving vehicles behind it to a stop and creating avoidable congestion. 🧵
