Wow @IndiGo6E , I had booked a meal for my dinner in flight from Del to Bom 6E853. Was served my meal just 7 minutes before touch down at 10:23 where as the flight took off at around 9pm.India seriously needs to end this airline duopoly. So what do I do with the hot meal at hand?

Navi Mumbai Airport work is so low quality, doest not feel like a premier Airport at all. All the work are poor quality and seems to be completed in rush just to achieve the inauguration target. @PMOIndia @Dev_Fadnavis

@airindiain I received my bag late. But it was really disgusting to see the level of service at every step today. Absolutely not upto other TATA brands like Vistara. Drastic change required in operations or else you will perish list JET and a massive dent to TATA public image in hospitality.

@airindiain @tatatrusts such poor service from AI. AI670 from bbsr left 2hrs late, after reaching BOM again waited 30mins on tarmac since ground crew was’nt available and now it been 1hr waiting at luggage section. Worst Airline.
