@mpeastdiscom @JansamparkMP @181cmhelpline @CMMadhyaPradesh @Energy_MPME @mpeastdiscom It is highly frustrating that despite raising multiple complaints over several days, there is still zero resolution on the ground. Tickets are continuously being closed without addressing the actual issue. Requesting urgent intervention!

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@mpeastdiscom raised complaints: 40428055, C-16011699, C-16050270 and these are CLOSED without any resolution.

@mpeastdiscom @JansamparkMP @181cmhelpline @CMMadhyaPradesh Any update here?

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@mpeastdiscom @JansamparkMP @181cmhelpline @CMMadhyaPradesh Again a new complaint, which will eventually be closed without redressal?

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@mpeastdiscom @JansamparkMP @181cmhelpline @CMMadhyaPradesh Respected sir, I have been saying that the issue is not resolved and why the tickets are closed without my consent. ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@mpeastdiscom @JansamparkMP @181cmhelpline @CMMadhyaPradesh Again wrongly the complaints are being closed. ISSUE still exists and we are deprived of the resolution.

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@mpeastdiscom @JansamparkMP @181cmhelpline @CMMadhyaPradesh @mpeastdiscom We have been facing issues at rural level with no help and support even after escalations. And so request your support please.

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@mpeastdiscom @JansamparkMP @181cmhelpline Again a new complaint, which will be unresolved and closed? Why there is no way to reopen the existing complaints?

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@ClearfromCT @ClearfromCT @Architguptajii Though there was delay, the support provided by the team was great!! Kudos!

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@architgupta @deepigoyal @zomato @urbancompany_UC @IncomeTaxIndia @ClearfromCT @architgupta While this is a great platform, there are issues that many people are not able to file even after paying platinum fees. The other sad part is that there is no support provided at the platform level - humbly request you to please sort for reliability.

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@ClearfromCT @ClearfromCT I have not received any response/support - hope I get it before the due date?

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@ClearfromCT Interestingly, there is no support ticket number nor acknowledgement being mentioned nor sent that would help for follow-up.

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@sanchitg14 Seems you haven't included oher taxes.. vehicle reg tax, toll tax, house reg tax, property tax.. etc.. electricity, and on top of it tax... lol!

[Rohit @rohithmishra]

@NHAI_Official Never gets implemented.. this seems to be a public stunt. Anyway, we will never receive any response.
