@flipkartsupport@Flipkart and more than a month of follow up with Jeeves, Flipkart and Flipkart Support (apparently a team which does not have any idea of Flipkart support tickets). All for a missing letter B at the end of the serial number in the invoice issued by Jeeves and Flipkart.
Been having the most difficult experience with @flipkartsupport or a Samsung TV purchased a year back. Bought extended warranty as well from Jeeves. Exactly a year later, the TV display goes off. Then contacted Jeeves who sent their rep. But there is a catch
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart Every time a different agent calls, asks for a photo of the TV and the invoice and that's it! No progress even after 5-8 calls and mails. Jeeves apparently does not even know anything about this!! Would not recommend buying any expensive device from them.

Each of you have passed the buck and finally refused to honour the 3 year extended warranty and any replacement for my Samsung TV after 1 year of usage ............
