@flipkartsupport @Flipkart Flipkart delivered wrong model phone and is refusing to replace. Delivery person also uploaded the delivered phone pic. Agree that it was open box delivery but my old parent didnt know about it. Flipkart only creates and resolved the requests. #fraud

Purchased VIP subscription on Sep24, still my account is not subscribed to VIP membership. CS team resolved the issue just by marking the query to resolved status on last day of ETA given. Hence reaching out here...
