Many performing Chief Managers (Scale 4) received 'ZERO' Incentive under PLI, which raise serious question on the criteria & implementation of scheme. Individual level of performance isn't Practical approach in Banks.

During 11th BPS, IBA offered 2% Salary Hike due to losses in PSU Banks, then they not offered variable pay hikes, lower for Top levels & higher for lower ones.

But when Banks making profit, came with PLI scheme to reward Top ones with 12 times more incentive than lower ones.

PLI को सिर्फ incentive मत समझिए। सवाल बड़ा है—क्या इसका मकसद Scale I–III और Scale IV+ के बीच बचा हुआ “कर्मचारी” भाव भी खत्म करना है?

अब Branch हो, RO हो या ZO—संबंध धीरे-धीरे मालिक–मज़दूर वाला बनाया जा रहा है।

@idesibanda If you look at pay structure of private banks senior executives (Scl4 and above) heavy variable pay incentives are common. So yeah, it might be concluded that Govt is moving towards privatisation, inch by inch

I am so happy that today education and schools are being discussed everywhere in the country. It has become a people’s movement. It shud have happened long back.

Education and health have always been the two most important issues for AAP. We believe that no country can progress without providing best and free education and healthcare to all its citizens. These are the foundation for development of any country.

First in Delhi and then in Punjab, AAP brought several improvements to govt schools, many of them becoming better than the best private schools. There are thousands of instances where many parents shifted their kids from private to govt schools, both in Punjab n Delhi

The work of improving govt schools in Punjab is in progress. Barring a few, most schools have been provided basic facilities. Soon, remaining schools will also have all basic facilities. Many govt schools in Punjab now compete with the best private schools in terms of facilities and quality of education.

Today someone posted an old video of a punjab govt school. I am glad that the education minister himself visited that school to verify the situation on ground. Do read his report.
