Traveling from Singapore to NZ via Aus on emirates. Had NZ visa but didn’t have transit visa for Aus. Emirates denied boarding,makemytrip cancelled tickets deducting 90% money. @emirates @makemytrip pls give full refund as our whole trip got spoilt. @PiyushGoyal @rohitksingh

@emirates @EmiratesSupport didn’t allow us to board without a transit visa and treated us as no show and we couldn’t use return tickets and they cancelled our flights and just gave 10% refund. Pls refund full money

@ola_supports Ola u never came back to me to explain why this happened plus 3 days later u even charged me for that incomplete journey. Poor service
