@benevans78 Fair point. Given athletics for under 6 year olds has been delayed for a while Paula has signed up for football 😅 will still get her back to it soon but indeed, the sport does need to reinvent & adapt quicker to continue the positive trend of recent years.

@_MarcScott broke the British 5k record running 13.20, where @Lixsanyee also went under the original original record running 13.26. While In the ladies @beth_potter went to 5th on the all time female British ranking with a stunning 15.24.
