@Tesla Maximising your deliveries in Q3 but taking its toll on quality control and assurance. My new M3 was handed over in anything but an acceptable or expected state. Paintwork and glass defects all round and this was supposed to be the upgraded paint. No real customer support at all.

@elonmusk Just to say, in order to have it repaired I’ve to take 2 days off work to drive to the other side of the country to get this done. 500km return. Having paid full price for a damaged car, this should have been spotted during a pre delivery inspection.. which clearly wasn’t done!

@elonmusk Further to the delays with my M3 and having paid for upgraded paint, I reported paint/glass damage on the day of collection. I’m only being offered a repair to a brand new car, if that’s the acceptable level of QC from Tesla I’d suggest people are better off buying a used car.

@elonmusk I’d love to recommend the product to others as it’s truly incredible. I was looking forward to getting my hands on it, but as a result of the hassle and waiting days for replies from staff, it’s taken the joy out of it and I really just feel like cancelling my order now.

@elonmusk Ordered my M3 in July. When I did, the est delivery was for July. Changed to August, then Sept and now I’m away for the month. Still no car. Buying a new car should be an enjoyable, exciting experience. Unnecessary stress that ruined the experience of buying my first Tesla.
