Any time I see Prof. Jega appear on live TV to talk about Nigeria and its institutions, I still remember 2015 and how he conducted an election where the card reader rejected a sitting President twice before he finally voted.
I still wonder how Jonathan was able to accept that result so freely, even before the election was over.
Well, the same Jega now has an appointment with this Government as a Special Adviser on livestock, so one could say he has continued reaping from the reward of 2015 till date.
I am Ekene Aninze, Esq.
I have seen another that alleged that there is another huge sum budgetted for thr renovation of palaces for kings who should actually be dealing with local government.
What kind of leaders are these? Where is their conscience. People are suffering, basic needs have become gold for the ordinary people, and this is who you to spend our budget?
Religion, and monarchs?
Well, we deserve this sort of treatment. Until we have sense, we will keep getting fed dirts.
@ruffydfire The way they insult people's intelligence in Nigeria eh.
It's because they know you won't do anything but complain. At the end of the day, they'll do what they want to do and some "Nigerians" will even come out to defend it.
@ruffydfire Let's translate: N780m for 130 churches (N6m each) to buy speakers to preach against crime. While youths have no jobs, no skills, no power. You can't reorient a hungry youth with a microphone. Nigeria is not a joke, the leaders are.
