Progress was slow as sh*t. The roadside was littered with idle machinery - including (and most importantly) - tracked drilling machines. Funny how the crunch is on now.

Are we still within budget on the EAC $18.5M contract? Have there been any change orders/out-of-contract expenses charged to the province by EAC? Will EAC face penalties for over-deadline?

@bcndp I was planning to stay in my RV in Goldstream Campground while I’m working in Victoria this weekend providing after-hours emergency service to elevators in the Capital Region. I can’t stay at my home in Duncan because the #malahat is too unreliable right now. Open the gate
