@CrimeRocket The story going around about the Reuters anonymous claim is that some FBI agents fluffed the money drop because they forgot the letter went to two Tucson news stations and one reported their movement in the bitcoin account because they forgot to tell them not to.

@CrimeRocket People everywhere have debated every angle of this case except the idea that these letters were written as distraction by the killer. Not even entertained the idea. It’s odd.

@CrimeRocket I’ve made it pretty clear that it’s not a legitimate ransom note. You deliberately ignoring that I’ve said that in detail is strange. I’m saying because the first note knew what she was wearing and that her watch was on the floor they can’t debunk that porch perp wrote it.

@CrimeRocket Any child can see they’re not legitimately trying to get money no matter who wrote them. FBI sources, who are actually working on the notes, have said they’re more likely genuine than they are fake. They’re saying that because of what the first note knew. Beyond that what ever.

The irony is that you’ve jumped on false reporting that confirmed your own bias.

It’s not a conspiracy to know that the first letter knew what she was wearing and how her watch was in an odd place.

@CrimeRocket I think the confusion arises when an FBI agent says something like, "They're not genuine ransom notes." That doesn't necessarily mean they're not from the porch perp; it just means they aren't authentic ransom notes, not that the FBI truly knows one way or the other.
