#OlaDrivers are the new rickshaw waalas. Got canned on by 3 ola drivers coz the place I wanted to go to was barely 15 mins away. Each time the driver would call and ask where I wanted to go and would then cancel the ride.

So I've been trying to get in touch with @HDFCBank_Cares to complain about a payment that happened from my account without my knowledge. And all they keep doing is transferring my call to the sales dept that doesn't get through. The statement mentions an #MCTF transfer.
