Just got a green light from @callebtc to build RGB support into CDK mintd via custom gRPC payment processor. Super excited to contribute! Who else wants RGB assets inside Cashu? ⚡
@callebtc Wow, that’s awesome — thanks for the quick feedback!
I’d love to explore building a custom RGB payment processor for CDK mintd via gRPC.
Quick question: - Any example repo / docs for the payment processor interface? - Would you prefer a simple PoC first (e.g. RGB asset mint/melt flow) or something more complete?
Happy to open a PR or collaborate on this. Really excited about making RGB assets smoother inside Cashu/Orchard ecosystems ⚡
The Bitcoin cycle debate is missing the most important variable.
Fiscal dominance changes everything - the liquidity backdrop, the policy response, and what comes next for BTC.
Full breakdown in today’s video.
Fiscal Dominance Changes EVERYTHING for Bitcoin

@anamariacarde20 That flower has some most amazing shades of fuchsia and magenta. Cannot answer the second part of your question as the true beauty lies in the depth of the heart, can't see that deep quite yet
@elonmusk This is clearly AI generated video, look at 4:11 when the train stops in the platform and look at door opening and merging to the train in front of it
CLN 26.06rc1 is live. Graceful shutdowns, more control over payment amounts, and a smarter payment engine under the hood.
Please upgrade and send us your feedback or open an issue on GitHub. This is open source Lightning in action. ⚡
@callebtc Thank you! 🙏
Super motivated to get a basic RGB payment processor PoC working for CDK mintd.
Will share progress here as I build it. Any pointers on the gRPC interface or existing examples would be gold ⚡

Miner game theory around incentivized reorgs is fascinating — it's one of those edge cases that shows how robust Bitcoin's incentives really are.
On the application side, this pairs extremely well with layered smart contracts like RGB + Lightning. You can build systems where RGB state transitions are atomic across potential reorg windows, or use LN for instant finality on top of the base layer.
Njump experiments show this composability is already workable today. What's the most interesting reorg-related attack vector you're seeing in that MIT thesis?
Great rabbit hole 🧵
Turning channel rebalancing into atomic BTC/stable swaps is clever. This pairs beautifully with RGB — you could extend it to atomic swaps involving RGB assets (e.g. stablecoins issued via RGB) without extra trust. Self-custody portfolio management on steroids. Any interest in RGB integration ideas?
Agentic control + Lightning nodes is the direction. We’re already experimenting with Njump + RGB contracts triggered via Lightning events. The real unlock will be when wallets can seamlessly handle both LN liquidity and RGB state transitions in one flow. Who else is building in this intersection?
El Salvador showing the world what’s possible when Bitcoin + Lightning become real infrastructure. Once RGB private assets + Lightning hit mainstream UX, we’ll see even stronger sovereign adoption. The tech stack for permissionless economies is finally here. Excited to see more nations follow. 🇸🇻
Here's what I want to know from you:
What's the one thing about Bitcoin's Layer 2 ecosystem that still confuses you — or that you think is overhyped?
Drop it below. I read every reply. 👇
I've been staring at Bitcoin's codebase since before most people knew what a blockchain was.
Born in 1975. I watched the internet get built. Now I'm helping build the next layer of money.
Here's who I am and what I'm working on 🧵
I'm not here to shill.
I'm here to share what I'm learning building on RGB and Lightning — the bugs, the breakthroughs, the weird edge cases nobody talks about.
Technical but honest. No hype. Just the work.
